ORION Hires Pair of Principals

Mark Bennett and Mark McAdams, who combined bring more than 50 years to the commercial real estate brokerage firm, will focus on tenant representation.

Mark Bennett and Mark McAdams have been named principals at ORION Property Partners Inc. The move adds 54 years of combined experience to the commercial real estate brokerage firm, which specializes in landlord and tenant representation.

Bennett, a 27-year industry veteran in the office, corporate headquarters, and industrial property sectors, will focus on tenant representation. During his career, he has developed strategic real estate plans for several Fortune 500 clients; his specialties include lease restructuring, market leveraging, financial analysis, lease document and work letter negotiations, acquisitions/dispositions and build-to-suit expertise. He comes to ORION from the PRES Cos.

Mark McAdams brings nearly three decades of specialized commercial real estate experience in sales as well as leasing transactions to the job. He will also handle tenant representation. McAdams was previously the vice president of RREEF Management Co., where he was responsible for a Class A office and flex portfolio totaling nearly 2.3 million square feet across Orange and Los Angeles counties.

According to ORION managing partner Jay Carnahan, Bennett and McAdams were strategically selecteed to add to the strength of the firm’s platform. He added that the average industry tenure of ORION’s principals is more than two decades.
