Popular Retailers Coming to Towson

Five new retailers are set to open stores at Towson's indoor shopping mall later this year.

Five new retailers are set to open stores at Towson’s indoor shopping mall later this year.

Charlotte Russe, Filicori Zecchini, Secolari, Déjà Vu Cosmetics, and ivivva will occupy approximately 10,500 square feet of space in the Towson Town Center. The first four stores are scheduled to open this summer, and Ivivva will join them in the fall.

Charlotte Russe will occupy the largest space. The retail chain has signed a lease for 6,175 square feet on Level 1 in Towson Town Center’s Grand Court. Secolari, an olive oil and vinegar company, and Filicori Zecchini, a world famous coffee shop, will both be located on Level 3 in the Nordstrom Wing. They will occupy 1,466 square feet and 315 square feet of space, respectively. For Filicori Zecchini this will be the first store in Maryland and the second location in the U.S.

Déjà Vu Cosmetics, an international manufacturer and importer of original Dead Sea mineral products, will occupy 793 square feet on Level 4 in the Nordstrom Wing. The new ivivva store will also be located on Level 4, but near the Center Court.The store will occupy 1,765 square feet of space.

Opened in 1959 at 825 Dulaney Valley Road, Towson Town Center boasts more than one million square feet of space. It’s tenant roster includes 195 stores and two anchor tenants, Macy’s and Nordstrom. The property is owned by General Growth Properties, Inc.
