Premier Design + Build Group completed a new distribution facility in Chicago, after recently delivering a massive industrial property in Lebanon, Tenn. The 40,750-square-foot warehouse was built on behalf of Dayton Street Partners/WBS Equities, the project developer.

The facility is located at 4150 N. Knox Ave. in the Portage Park neighborhood. It features flexible configurations to accommodate multiple tenants, 30-foot clear heights, two parking lots, four covered dock positions, two drive-in doors and two glass storefront entrances with canopies. As Brian Paul, executive vice president with Premier, stated in prepared remarks, the state-of-the-art facility “will meet the needs of tenants today and well into the future.” The 1.6-acre site is easily accessible from interstates 90 and 94 and is less than 10 miles from the Chicago O’Hare International Airport.

Chris Kiziak oversaw the project and Scott Lebak was the superintendent. Kimley-Horn offered engineering support while Cornerstone Architects Ltd. provided the architectural services. Leasing efforts will be conducted by Colliers’ Executive Vice President Mike Senner and Senior Vice President Steve Kohn.
