Pulte Homes is preparing a brand new multifamily community in the Riverview suburb, south of Tampa, FL. Starling Oaks will be the fifth Pulte neighborhood in the Tampa Bay Area and joins a portfolio of more than 30 residential properties in the Sunshine State.
Located off Boyette and Balm Riverview Roads, the development site is directly opposite Riverview High School, in an A-rated school district less than 30 minutes from Downtown Tampa. Shopping and employment centers such as Boyette Executive Center, the Goolsby Pointe Shopping Center and the Riverview Town Center are also in abundance in the immediate surroundings of the property.
The developer plans to create a gated community with 48 home sites, mature landscaping and water views. The one- and two-story energy efficient homes will be available in five different four-bedroom designs ranging from 2,400 to over 4,100 square feet of living area and up to four bathrooms. Each home will include a garage for three vehicles.
The grand opening event of Starling Oaks is to be expected this October.
