Raleigh’s Newest Student Apartments Ready for Move-In

Stanhope, a newly built off-campus student housing community on Hillsborough Street in Raleigh will have tenants moving in by August 15.
Locally based development and management company Kane Realty Corp. developed the $80 million project, which is already 100 percent leased. The six-story building at 3001 Hillsborough St. is located just steps from North Carolina State University and less than one mile from Meredith College.
Stanhope features a mix of about 300 studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartment units with enough bedrooms for 822 residents. According to the Triangle Business Journal, rents range from $740 per person per month in a four-bedroom unit to $1,115 per month for a studio.
Amenities include a cyber café equipped with iMacs, PCs, iPads and a commercial printer, a game room with 6 TVs, a pool table, free arcade and video gaming, a fitness center with top-of-the line cardio and weight machines, a saline pool and outdoor TV lounge, an art studio and multiple wired study lounges to create an ideal community for residents to live, study and play.
