The medical office sector continues to pick up steam with the Reichle Klein Group recently arranging the sale of a 27,672-square-foot medical office building in Perrysburg, Ohio. Reichle Klein Group’s Marty Gallagher represented the seller, Walbridge Investors LLC. Silvana Graff of SVN represented the buyer, CHCT Ohio LLC, a subsidiary of Community Healthcare Trust Inc., which purchased the two-story medical office building for around $4 million.

Located at 1103 Village Square Drive, just off Route 25 and close to interstates 475 and 75, the facility is surrounded by many shops and restaurants at Perrys Junction Shopping Center and River Place Shopping Center. The facility is home to several medical practices, including Intermed Associates Inc.

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Perrysburg had a population of 21,423 as of July 2015, with a median household income of $72,694. Only 5.3 percent of the population did not have health insurance, which is nearly half of the nationwide estimate of 10.5 percent.

Earlier this year, Reichle Klein Group also arranged a 98,000-square-foot lease for Big R in Findlay, Ohio.
