Alexander Property Holdings LLC has completed the renovation and re-branding of a 271,000-square-foot office property in Lyndhurst, N.J. The owner selected Cushman & Wakefield to handle leasing of the 30-year-old building, previously known as the Copper Ridge Center.
The 10-story, Class A asset is located at 9 Polito Ave., and includes leasable units ranging from 5,000 to 80,000 square feet. It is interconnected via a catwalk to the Courtyard by Marriott Lyndhurst. Amenities include:

The property is also located in the fast-growing New Jersey Meadowlands submarket, close to major roads such as the Garden State Parkway, New Jersey Turnpike and routes 3 and 17. Newark Liberty International Airport is 15 miles away. Neighborhood amenities include retailers, eateries, hotels, parks and entertainment options.
