Royal Oak Homes is launching an expansion program at Heritage Run in Kissimmee that will add three- and four-bedroom townhomes to the gated community.

Heritage Run is located on Boggy Creek Road off Florida State Road 192 and its previous phase was developed by D.R. Horton. The new phase will include 64 townhomes in Heritage Run’s St. Cloud area, said Royal Oak Homes Co-President Matt Orosz in a statement. The 1,800-square-foot homes will include two and a half baths and a two-car garage. The property currently features a pool and cabana for residents, and it is close to shopping and banking facilities.

Mill Creek Elementary, Denn John Middle School and Gateway High School are within walking distance, as is the 120-acre Osceola Heritage Park. Construction of a model townhome is expected by August and move-in-ready units are scheduled for completion by December.

Royal Oak Homes, based in Orlando’s Baldwin Park, is a family-owned firm and the successor of Cambridge Homes, which has built more than 14,000 homes in Central Florida over the past 30 years. Founded in 2011, Royal Oak ranks among the Orlando area’s most active home builders and is currently working in 17 communities. The developer recently launched sales at the second phase of a luxury community in Groveland.
