Savant Investment Partners Buys 2 Las Vegas Office Buildings

The company acquired more than 101,000 square feet in the Henderson, Nev., medical corridor.

Las Vegas—Savant Investment Partners, a Las Vegas-based commercial real estate investment and development company, has announced its purchase of the Siena Office Park, a medical and office park located in Henderson, Nev. Jordan Wirsz, principal & CEO of Savant Investment Partners, led the portfolio transaction, which fetched $12.6 million. According to Yardi Matrix data, undisclosed loan–held by Garrison Investment Group–funded the sale.

With the acceleration of economic and business growth in the Las Vegas area, we are excited to add this property to our portfolio and continue to be a top-tier space provider in the community,” Jordan Wirsz said in a prepared statement.

Located at 2850 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway and 861 Coronado Center Drive, the property includes more than 101,000 square feet of medical office and traditional office space in two Class A buildings. The buyer plans to complete minor aesthetic renovations to the properties. Siena Office Park is close to the St. Rose Dominican Hospital and other key employers in the Henderson/Green Valley area.
