Schoenherr Joins Broadway Partners as CIO

Charles Schoenherr, a 25-year industry veteran, brings experience in originating equity and debt investments involving all property types.

Private real estate investment and management firm Broadway Partners has appointment Charles Schoenherr as chief investment officer. A 25-year industry veteran, Schoenherr brings experience in originating equity and debt investments involving all property types.

Before joining Broadway Partners, Schoenherr served as president of Scout Real Estate Capital, a developer and manager of resort properties, and previously was a managing director at Lehman Bros., where he originated more than $14 billion in investments.

Additionally, John Rivard has been named chief operating officer. A 25-year industry veteran as well, Rivard previously worked closely with Broadway Partners founder & CEO Scott Lawlor on various investment activities.

According to Lawlor, both executive moves put the comnpany in a competitive marketplace position. Since its founding, it has invested in $15 billion in office properties nationwide.
