Schuckman Realty Inc. tapped Trent Dickey as vice president of New York City landlord representation, a newly created position to manage the firm’s brokerage expansion in New York. Dickey will be responsible for managing and growing landlord leasing operations throughout all five boroughs, including overseeing brokerage teams and facilitating deal-making.

Previously, Dickey was head of retail leasing at Cohen Equities, where he managed a 5 million-square-foot portfolio across 27 states. In that role, he completed more than 100 transactions comprising a mix of urban, suburban, grocery-anchored and lifestyle centers, as well as redevelopments. Most recently, Cohen Equities, in partnership with Taconic Capital, acquired floors three through six of 801 Market St., a historic 13-story office tower in Philadelphia’s Market East submarket.

Dickey also served at Acadia Realty Trust as a leasing representative, where he closed more than 70 transactions. He started his career as an analyst and was eventually promoted to director of brokerage with NAI Global of NYC, where he closed $60 million of office and retail transactions in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
