Sheinkop to Lead Newmark Knight Frank’s National Brokerage and Advisory Services

Michael Sheinkop, a 27-year commercial real estate brokerage and ownership veteran, has been tapped to lead Newmark Knight Frank’s national brokerage and advisory services as executive vice president. Sheinkop will head up the brokerage operation beyond the New York tri-state region.

Sheinkop will be responsible for overseeing year-over-year revenue growth and profitability as well as recruiting, training, establishing new service lines and practice group, and developing both work product and process. According to Newmark Knight Frank CEO Barry Gosin, Sheinkop’s passion and strong track record of success will benefit the company.

He comes to Newmark Knight Frank from UGL Equis, where he spent eight years as executive vice president of U.S. brokerage operations and oversaw more than 320 employees. Before that he worked for more than 14 years in executive management in various capacities at Equity Office Properties.

Sheinkop earned his undergraduate degree in business and accounting, as well as a CPA designation, from Indiana University.
