- May 27, 2015
Simpson Housing | Simpson Property Group has announced the opening of a new apartment community in Denver’s popular Lower Highlands neighborhood. Studio LoHi is a 114-unit mid-rise community located just outside downtown Denver, and is Simpson’s first multifamily development in the area in more than five years, according to a news release.
“We are very strategic in our development process and focus on delivering the right product to the right market at the right time,” said Sharon Ingram, senior vice president at Simpson Property Group. ”The Lower Highlands is a vital part of the downtown corridor. We were attracted to its unique restaurants and bars and incredible walkability to Denver’s business district and sporting and entertainment venues,” she added.
Located at 2555 17th Street, the Studio LoHi community offers residents easy access to the Highland Bridge connecting the neighborhood to downtown Denver. The community is situated in close proximity to popular attractions such as Coors Field, Union Station, the Pepsi Center and Sports Authority Field at Mile High, among other venues.
Amenities at Studio LoHi include underground parking, a state-of-the-art fitness center, private entrance lobby, as well as a rooftop terrace with lounge and sitting areas, kitchen and grill. Apartments feature oversized windows, nine-foot ceilings, hardwood-style flooring, energy-efficient stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer and ceiling fans. The community also incorporates bicycle storage and a resident lounge with a kitchen and an Internet café.
