Skanska Appoints New Executive VP General Counsel

Meet Caroline Fellenius-Omnell, Skanska AB's newly appointed vice president.

Stockholm, Sweden—Construction and development company Skanka recently announced the recruitment of counselling expert Caroline Fellenius-Omnell. She will serve in the senior executive team for Skanska AB.

Omnell’s professional track record includes expertise in international law, contract law and litigation. Prior to joining Skanska, she worked as general counsel for Tele2 and Tetra Laval.

Omnell also worked for Skadden Arps and Mannheimer Swartling as a lawyer.

“Caroline’s international competence and experience from several companies will be a great asset for Skanska. I want to welcome Caroline to Skanska and the Senior Executive Team. I also want to thank AnnMarie for her valuable work and her contributions over the years”, said Johan Karlström, CEO & president of Skanska AB, in prepared remarks.

Omnell holds Master of Law degrees from Stockholm University and College of Europe.
