Skanska has invested SEK 360 million, or around $41 million, to construct the fourth building in High5ive, an office campus in Krakow, Poland. The complex will be the largest office development in the city, totaling around 753,000 leasable square feet across all five buildings.

The first two buildings of the High5ive development have been completed. Tenants include ABB, PwC and Business Link. The third and fourth buildings are being designed to meet LEED Platinum certification and will be certified as “buildings without barriers” for those with disabilities. Skanska invested $50 million in the construction of the third building last November, which also included the underground parking levels for both buildings. Building 3 will offer around 129,000 square feet of leasable space.

The High5ive complex will feature an area for leisure and coworking, a mini-stage for small events and concerts and the Bike5ive bicycle center, with parking and locker rooms. Construction on Building 4 started at the end of May 2018 and is scheduled for completion by the first quarter of 2020. The property is set to offer around 26,000 leasable square feet.
