After shelling out $56 million for phase I of Nowy Rynek, a mixed-use development in Poznan, Poland, Skanska is investing $50 million in the next building of High5ive, a five-property office complex in Krakow, Poland.

The investment includes the construction of the third building, currently underway, as well as underground parking levels for both the third and the fourth structures. The building under construction, scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2020, will offer a total leasable area of about 129,000 square feet.

High5ive, Skanska’s largest office development in Krakow, has a central location next to Krakow’s main railway station. The complex will feature an area for leisure and co-working, a mini-stage for small events and concerts and the Bike5ive bicycle center with parking and locker rooms.

The finished complex will comprise five office buildings totaling around 753,000 square feet. The project is expected to receive LEED Gold certification and will also be certified as a “building without barriers” for its accessible design and inclusiveness for people with disabilities.
