Skanska Invests $58M in Poland Office Project

Offering 196,979 square feet across 16 stories, construction of Generation Park's phase two began in December 2017 and is slated for completion in the the third quarter of 2019.

Skanska has invested SEK 480M, or $58 million, in the second phase of its Generation Park office project in Warsaw, Poland. 

The second building will offer 196,979 square feet of leasable space across 16 levels. The project also includes two stories of underground parking, as well as four underground parking levels for the planned third asset.

Skanska’s largest office development in Central and Eastern Europe, Generation Park, will encompass three office properties totaling 904,168 square feet. Aiming for LEED Platinum certification, the third and tallest building will feature 34 stories, rising 459 feet. In addition to LEED certification, each asset will also be identified as a “building without barriers,” for its inclusive design for people with disabilities. 

Construction of phase two began in December 2017 and is slated for completion in the the third quarter of 2019.
