SRS Real Estate Partners Appoints New Franchise Development Consultant in Toronto

SRS' Toronto office team expands with the addition of Andy Diveky as the company's new franchise development consultant.

Toronto—SRS Real Estate Partners recently appointed Andy Diveky as a franchise development consultant in the Toronto office. With a background working with many restaurant brands, Diveky will provide insight from the client’s perspective to the Toronto team members who have a specialization in representing franchises.

Diveky brings more than 25 years of experience in franchise development to SRS. He has worked with restaurant brands such as Boston’s Pizza, A&W, and Toppers Pizza across Canada and is extremely well regarded in the industry. He is connected to the major landlords throughout Canada and is skilled at building relationships with communities and key players to help the brands he represents carefully craft growth plans. Diveky had a significant role in the extreme growth for some of these brands, taking Boston’s Pizza from three units to more than 150 in Ontario and Atlantic Canada, as well as growing A&W by 100 stores and into the second largest burger brand in Canada after McDonald’s.

Diveky has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto and has been on the board of directors for the Canadian Franchise Association.
