St. Louis Retail Center Lands New Owner

Local company Bamboo Equity Partners has closed on the purchase of a 19,000-square-foot shopping center in Festus, Mo., roughly 34 miles from St. Louis. The firm selected Intelica CRE of Chesterfield, Mo. to provide professional brokerage services in the deal. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Located at 332-356 Festus Centre Drive in Jefferson County, the two-building retail center is home to tenants such as Edward Jones, Vantage Credit Union and Berkshire/Hathaway. The area is also home to big box retailers such as Wal-Mart, K-Mart and Home Depot.
Intelica has also been appointed by Bamboo Equity Partners to manage the property and handle future leasing and client representation services.
Bamboo Equity Partners currently manages over $450 million worth of real estate assets across nine Midwestern states.
