Two years after breaking ground on Eminent, Castellum is getting ready to deliver this month the 103,000 square-foot office building in Malmö, Sweden. There’s a lot to gain here, such as reduced absenteeism due to illness and fewer stress-related issues. Healthy and contented coworkers also perform better, thereby increasing company profitability,” said Henrik Saxborn, CEO at Castellum, in a prepared statement.
