Two years after breaking ground on Eminent, Castellum is getting ready to deliver this month the 103,000 square-foot office building in Malmö, Sweden.  Boozt Fashion and Open Community Concept had already pre-leased space in the building when construction started Meanwhile, other tenants have joined Eminent’s tenant roster and will be moving in between April and August: Mindpark, Pergo, Diaverum, Puls & Träning and Icopal.

Interest in Eminent has been tremendous. It’s delightful that increasing numbers of employers understand the value of investing in the well-being of their coworkers. There’s a lot to gain here, such as reduced absenteeism due to illness and fewer stress-related issues. Healthy and contented coworkers also perform better, thereby increasing company profitability,” said Henrik Saxborn, CEO at Castellum, in a prepared statement.

The seven-story development is Sweden’s first WELL Gold-Certified office building, offering tenants a variety of health-focused amenities, which include vertical gardening of edible plants on the outer walls, on-site bistro with healthy meal options, outdoor offices located in the courtyard, as well as a common roof terrace with views of the Öresund Bridge.

The investment was announced at $41 million, which includes land acquisition. The property is located across the street from Hansa Mall and approximately 3 miles from Malmö Central Station.
