TCC Promotes Springfield to VP

According to company’s officials, Springfield has executed the development of 3 million square feet since he joined the company.

Atlanta—Trammell Crow Co. (TCC) has announced the appointment of Isaac Springfield as vice president to the company’s Atlanta business unit. In his new role, Springfield will be in charge of overseeing the acquisition and development analysis, due diligence activities, development of business plans, budget and will assist in all aspects related to the commercial development in the Greater Atlanta market.

“Isaac has become an essential component to our team in Atlanta. Since joining the team in July 2015, he has helped us execute the development of 3.0M SF of industrial projects,” Mark Dishaw, senior vice president with TCC’s Atlanta Business Unit, said in a prepared statement.

Springfield has been working at TCC since 2015, having served at first as Senior Associate for Development and Investment, supervising commercial development, investment and asset management. Prior to joining TCC, he worked for Republic Property Co. as director of investments and  at Colliers International as director of analysis. Springfield holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia and a Masters of Business Administration from Georgia Institute Technology.
