TCN Worldwide Real Estate Services, rated among the top 10 in the CPE-MHN’s most powerful brokerage firms ranking, has welcomed a new member to its ever-growing global consortium of leading independent commercial real estate firms. LSL Advisors recently came aboard as TCN Worldwide’s New York affiliate.

[This partnership] gives LSL Advisors the ability to serve its clients throughout the world and also provides TCN Worldwide with an important gateway to continue to expand internationally,” Ross Ford, president & CEO of TCN Worldwide Real Estate Services, told Commercial Property Executive. “In the last year, we’ve had the privilege of welcoming 10 new member firms to our organization including Real IQ in Australia, TCN-UAE and G&E Properties in South Korea. New York is an important hub to conduct international business.”

LSL Advisors has been providing guidance spanning the leasing and sales processes since principal Daniel Lolai formed the commercial real estate advisory and investment firm in 2014. In its short history, the firm has represented both tenants and landlords in the lease of millions of square feet of commercial space and arranged the disposition of assets in transactions totaling in the billions.

“As we continue to expand our brokerage department, the significant majority of our business is tenant representation. TCN Worldwide provides us with the ability to continue to service our clients not just in New York City, but across the country and around the world,” David Greene, principal at LSL Advisors, told CPE. “Local knowledge is paramount and it is to our tenants’ great advantage to have local expertise in locations where they may already be or where they need to be.”

LSL Advisors is new to TCN Worldwide, but its leadership is not. Lolai was a member of the consortium from 2011 to 2014. Greene, who joined LSL Advisors in early 2019 after years of leading brokerage services at MHP Real Estate Services, was a member of TCN Worldwide between 1999 and 2017. He served on TCN Worldwide’s board of directors from 2010 to 2017 and is its immediate past chairman.

“Both David Greene and Daniel Lolai are recognized leaders in the commercial real estate industry and within the New York City commercial real estate market,” Ford said. “The addition of LSL Advisors not only provides TCN Worldwide’s members and their clients with a strong presence in the New York City marketplace, but it is also a key addition to our strategic focus on corporate real estate clients looking for a more customized, nimble and client-focused approach to their services.”
