The Rosen Group has signed a headquarters relocation lease with SeatGeek for 72,800 square feet in Manhattan’s Flatiron District. The move is expected to take place in June 2019. The mobile-focused ticket platform will take up four entire floors at 902 Broadway through 2029, according to Yardi Matrix.

The high-rise encompasses 391,576 square feet across 20 stories, as well as a 29,000-square-foot retail component. Amenities include an upgraded lobby, renovated elevators and bike storage. The new lease brought the building’s occupancy level to 98 percent. SeatGeek is relocating from 400 Lafayette St. in NoHo. Other notable tenants include Fenwick & West, IMAX, Cramer-Krasselt, MKDA, Slice, The Phipps Houses Group and General Assembly.

Koeppel Rosen’s Associate Max Koeppel and Principal David Koeppel acted on behalf of The Rosen Group. Savills Studley Senior Managing Director Nick Farmakis, Vice Chairman David Goldstein, Executive Managing Director Brad Wolk and Financial Analyst Chris Thompson represented the tenant. Last month, the brokerage company negotiated a new lease in the area on behalf of a healthcare technology company.

It was critical to find space and structure a transaction that would provide SeatGeek with the flexibility to efficiently scale its business and operations,” Farmakis said in a prepared statement.
