The Missner Group has completed the build-out for Rockwell Automation Inc., at the Olympian Office Center in Lisle, Ill. Project Superintendent Scott Nomellini and General Superintendent Angelo Christopher led project work while Interior Design Group provided the design services. The build-out consisted in the construction of private executive suites, open-office concept work areas, multiple conferencing facilities, an employee lounge and a kitchen in addition to a modern reception area.

The two companies had previously signed a lease for 21,100 square feet with CBRE’s Timothy Reynolds and Jon Springer representing the tenant and David Florent and Francis Prock of Colliers International working on behalf of the landlord. The Missner Group acquired the Olympian Office Center in 2016 for $5.2 million and managed to bring the building to 50 percent occupancy following an extensive upgrade of the property. One of the more recent tenants is Application Software Technology, which signed an 11,000-square-foot lease last year.

The office building is located at 4343 Commerce St. and provides a total of 167,800 square feet according to Yardi Matrix data. The seven-story building features a WiFi lounge, shared conferencing rooms and workout facilities, the last improvements being done in 2017. The property can be accessed via Interstate 88.
