- Jun 06, 2017
Transwestern, on behalf of CRE Brookhollow LLC, has sold Arbors at Brookhollow, an 113,500-square-foot office building in Arlington, Texas, to Arbor Hui LLC. The property was 76 percent leased at the time of sale. Transwestern’s Mike Hardage, managing director, and Matthew Otte, senior associate, represented the seller in the transaction.
The two-story building sits on a 7.94-acre lot in Arlington’s Entertainment District, at 2201 E. Lamar Blvd. Tenants at Arbors at Brookhollow include Xerox and Farmers Insurance. The property features underground parking with more than 800 spaces.
“Arlington has seen an increasing amount of investor interest as the Dallas-Fort Worth metro continues to attract foreign and domestic capital,” Mike Hardage said in a prepared statement.
Earlier this month, 111 Realty OPO LLC appointed Transwestern to provide leasing services for a 151,000-square-foot Houston office building.
