UBS Tower Welcomes New Tenant

A new tenant has emerged for the 28-story skyscraper at 315 Deaderick St. in downtown Nashville.
Michael Hemmelgarn, Managing Director of Intelligent Office NashvilleIntelligent Office, a provider of administrative and staff support for white-collar companies, has leased 5,000 square feet of space in downtown’s UBS Tower. According to BizJournals, the property ranks as Nashville’s second biggest office high-rise.
Headquartered in Denver, Intelligent Office offers solutions to small businesses, independent contractors, mobile executives and professional services firms through telephone answering, serviced office space, executive office suites, shared office space, virtual office addresses and conference room rentals. The company has almost 60 franchises across North America.
Michael Hemmelgarn, a military veteran in Hendersonville, is the managing director of downtown Nashville’s new Intelligent Office operation. The branch is poised to benefit from the city’s fast-growing economy, which is currently experiencing a high demand for class A office space.
