Four Seasons Private Residences Orlando

Want to be neighbors with Mickey Mouse? You better have $5 million to spare.

Disney began sales at Four Seasons Private Residences Orlando with the Walt Disney World Resort. This latest set of single-family custom homes marks a new phase of development in the luxury resort-residential community of Golden Oak. The community will offer private access to the amenities and services at the adjacent Four Seasons Resort Orlando, which includes a full-service spa, five pool areas, tennis courts and six onsite restaurants.

If you are a big fan of Micky, it is worth noting that Golden Oak offers the only opportunity to own a homes within Walt Disney World. It opened its first homes in 2012. Four Seasons Resort Orlando arrived on the scene in August 2014. The new array of custom residences will range in size from 6,000 to over 10,000 square feet, and will feature European-inspired architectural styles. Four Seasons Private Residences Orlando will offer a total of 30 half-acre home sites in three collections called Starview, Gardenside and Edgewood — each with its own characteristic feature. The Starview collection includes homes with terraced backyards that allow for a wide variety of outdoor activities, Gardenside sites will feature lush landscapes, while the Edgewood selection will offer private retreats in a wooded preserve.

Prices start at $5 million, and construction is anticipated to begin in late August.
