United Properties Adds VP of Asset Management

Christopher Pohlad is a third-generation member of the Pohlad family to be involved in the extensive business enterprises held by the Pohlad Cos.

United Properties hired Christopher Pohlad to serve as vice president of asset management. His responsibilities will include managing the company’s operating investments, implementing asset-level strategies and maintaining value within a portfolio. Christopher will report to United Properties President & COO, Eva Stevens.

In the footsteps of a legacy

Before joining United Properties, Christopher was vice president of production at NorthMarq Capital for five years. Based in the company’s office in Seattle, he was responsible for overseeing financing operations for commercial real estate developers and owners. He received a Bachelor of Science in politics and government from the University of Puget Sound.

Christopher Pohlad is a third-generation member of the Pohlad family legacy, established by his grandfather, Carl Pohlad. The Pohlad Cos. acquired United Properties in 1998 and operates it through its subsidiary, NorthMarq Cos.
