Urban Outfitters has signed a lease to occupy a new 309,000-square-foot industrial facility in Bucks County, Pa., to serve as a future fabric warehouse for the clothing brand. Construction is underway at the property, with a completion date slated for mid-year 2019.

The new building will occupy 20 acres within the Bristol Commerce Center (BCC), an 81-acre site located at 2101-2501 Green Lane, Bristol, Pa. Herring Properties, the developer of BCC, recently finished the construction of 2151 Green Lane, an 80,000-square-foot industrial facility fully leased to Hughes Enterprises, at the site.

BCC is located in a designated Keystone Opportunity Expansion Zone through 2022. The designation provides substantial tax abatements to businesses looking to relocate or expand in the area. The site is situated about 3 miles from the newly opened interconnection of the Pennsylvania Turnpike and Interstate 95.

Andy McGhee of Colliers International is the exclusive leasing agent for Bristol Commerce Center. Current tenants at BCC include XPO Logistics, AirGas Corporation, Goodyear and PetValu. In November, Trammell Crow announced it was developing a 1 million-square-foot speculative distribution facility in Jessup, Pa.
