Vazza Goes Shopping in NH

The 35,000-square-foot, multi-tenant retail center is slated for capital improvements.

Concord, N.H.—Quincy, Mass.-based Vazza Real Estate Group has announced the acquisition of an inline retail center at 89 Fort Eddy Road in Concord. The 35,000-square-foot, multi-tenant property is situated at the interchange of I-93 and I-393.

Derek Hold, managing director of business development at Vazza, said that the purchase will result in improvements and more efficient management. The company already closed a lease expansion with Planet Fitness and is planning on acquiring additional “well-located assets that are in need of repositioning,” Stephen Vazza, president of the Vazza Real Estate Group, said in a prepared statement.

Including the most recent buy, the company has purchased 15 commercial assets within the last year.
