Voit Continues Las Vegas Expansion

Voit Real Estate Services has tapped George Okinaka as a senior associate in its Vegas office as part of its continued effort to spread its wings locally.

Voit Real Estate Services has tapped George Okinaka as a senior associate in its Las Vegas office, continuing its local expansion.

Okinaka specializes in retail leasing and sales along with retail tenant and landlord representation. He comes to Voit from American Nevada Co., where he led sales, leasing and marketing as a commercial leasing manager. Previously he was an associate at CB Richard Ellis, representing clients such as Bank of America and AT&T Wireless.

A member of the Real Estate & Business Society, Okinaka earned his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. According to Voit Las Vegas office senior vice president Kit Graski, he has the experience and tenacity the firm seeks in a team member. She added that adding specialized individuals such as Okinaka allows the firm to successfully expand.

Founded in 1971, Voit today employs more than 200 people. It has owned, developed and managed more than 45 million square feet of commercial real estate, participated in $1.4 billion worth of construction projects and completed more than $33 billion in brokerage transaction volume.
