W Hotels Expands Asia Footprint

W Hotels Worldwide continues its global growth with the opening of W Shanghai - The Bund, a 374-key hotel situated in the heart of Shanghai. Sinar Mas Group owns the asset.

After opening its first U.S. alpine resort, W Hotels Worldwide, part of Marriott International, opened W Shanghai – The Bund, a 374-key hotel located in the heart of Shanghai. Sinar Mas Group owns the asset.

Modern amenities

Designed by G.A. Design, the hotel incorporates historic and modern influences. The new development includes 35 suites and features amenities such as:

  • Childcare service
  • W Hotels iPhone app
  • Fitness center
  • AWAY spa
  • Swimming pool

Located at 66 Lvshun Road, along the bank of the Huangpu River, W Shanghai is situated within walking distance of the International Cruise Terminal Station of Shanghai Metro’s Line 12. The Shanghai Railway Station is less than 30 minutes away, and Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport and the Shanghai Pudong International Airport are about 20 miles away.
