The Women’s Business Council–Southwest (WBCS) has signed a 4,242-square-foot lease at MacArthur Centre II in Irving, Texas, where it will relocate its Arlington, Texas, regional headquarters after 17 years. The independent business entity is expected to move to its new location this December.

The two-building, 205,650-square-foot office building is located at 5605 N. MacArthur Blvd., just off Highway 114. Brookwood Financial Partners owns and manages the Class A property, while Transwestern is in charge of leasing. Completed in 1986, the asset features 555 parking spaces. Tenants at MacArthur Centre II include Regus, Accenture and Molina Healthcare.

The 11-story buildings offer easy access to multiple bus stations, restaurants and hotels, including The Ranch at Las Colinas, Courtyard by Marriott and Hyatt House.

According to Yardi Matrix data, Brookwood acquired the property last year as part of a portfolio transaction that included nearly 490,000 square feet of office space. Last month, Brookwood also completed the sale of Lakefront I and II, an office complex in Orlando, Fla.
