Merrillville, Ind.—White Lodging recently announced the reorganization of its senior leadership team by promoting CFO Ken Barrett to the role of CEO. Dave Sibley, currently CEO, will become the chief operating officer of the company’s full service portfolio, replacing COO Keith Daub, who will retire at the end of the year.

“The next few years will be the busiest in the history of White Lodging. We will open at least 17 new hotels in the next 18 months. Our rigorous plans require extraordinary discipline and flawless execution,” Bruce White, chairman & founder, said in prepared remarks. “In accordance with our core value of leadership excellence, we have reorganized based on the skills and experience of our senior leadership team. This is an alignment of strengths.”

With a 33-year career experience in operations, Sibley’s expertise will be leveraged for all of White Lodging’s operations and scheduled openings. Barrett has spent more than 25 years in the hotel industry and has strong experience in finance, operations, asset management and business development.
