Hunt Valley Inn – A Wyndham Grand Hotel

Wyndham Hotel Group continues with the expansion of its Wyndham Hotels and Resorts brand in the United States. The company announced the opening of the Hunt Valley Inn – A Wyndham Grand Hotel in Hunt Valley following a $15 million renovation and conversion project. The property had been operating as a Wyndham affiliate hotel since May 2013.

The full-service hotel is located less than 20 miles from downtown Baltimore. It has 392 rooms and more than 30,000 square feet of event space, for up to 1,200 people. Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a restaurant, a lounge and a cafe.

The $15 million renovation project brought improvements to the guest rooms and to the hotel’s 18 meeting rooms. The 9,500-square-foot ballroom now features state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, high-speed wireless internet access and on-site catering.

According to Bob Loewen, Wyndham Hotel Group’s executive vice president and chief operating officer, the Hunt Valley Inn – A Wyndham Grand Hotel will help strengthen the brand’s presence in the Baltimore market. Wyndham Hotel Group has been working hard in recent years to grow its Wyndham brand in the United States. Since 2013, it has expanded its portfolio, adding key properties in top markets such as  New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Dallas, Chicago and Charleston.
