Xceligent Launches New App for CRE Tenant Brokers
- Oct 06, 2016
Kansas City, Mo.—Xceligent Spaceful is a web-based application for creating dynamic commercial real estate digital tour books. Recently launched, it delivers space-tour experiences for tenant brokers and their clients, while improving the ability to boast properties and enhancing broker-tenant interaction using digital and mobile means.
Xceligent Spaceful has an intuitive drag-and-drop interface that allows tenant brokers to assemble digital tour books employing pre-populated building and space facts. Property information is selected from Xceligent’s researched space and listings data, as well as from third-party providers. Spaceful also offers local information, including restaurants and retailers, nearby companies and overviews of public transportation options. Users can contribute to and edit tour books in progress, while eliminating the need for brokers to prepare print-outs from scratch. Once the tour books are created, brokers can share them with clients through a link that enables viewing on desktops, tablets or smartphones. Both brokers and tenants can share notes directly on the platform and upload their own photos in real time.
“The space-tour is a critical step on a broker’s path to closing a deal,” Doug Curry, Xceligent CEO, said in a prepared statement.
The feedback from early users has been positive. “In short, what was once a time-consuming and often painful process has now become seamless,” said Jerre Riggs, co-founder & COO of First Base LLC.
Spaceful’s origins arise from an incubator initiative during which participants addressed common pain points experienced by CRE professionals. They concluded that the space-tour process was inefficient. Xceligent Spaceful is part of a series of innovative workflow tools built on a platform that leverages Xceligent’s research and enables integrated technologies. The launch of Spaceful comes at an important time for Xceligent, as the company is expanding its footprint to several key markets throughout the U.S., including the New York tri-state area.
