  • Downtown Affordable Project Secures Financing, Breaks Ground

    An affordable housing project that is crucial to San Diego’s downtown area is finally in the clear after a number of attempts. Wakeland Housing and Development Corporation recently closed on financing from the U.S. Bank, thus edging the Atmosphere affordable housing development closer to reality. The project officially broke ground on March 24th in downtown San Diego, and is slated for a February 2017 completion.
