Home Prices Climbing; Truck Tonnage Drops; Philly Coincident Indexes Up
American home values continued to climb in April. The American Trucking Association's For-Hire Truck Tonnage Index fell 0.2 percent in April after rising 0.9 percent in March. And Philly Coincident Indexes increased in 47 states over the past three months.
