  • Ironline to Remake Warehouse as Office Space

    A new adaptive-reuse project is coming to Downtown Phoenix courtesy of Ironline Partners. Hot on the heels of acquiring a warehouse/showroom located at 841 E. Jefferson St. for $3 million, the company announced plans to repurpose the asset into an office building.
