    The Arlington County Board voted unanimously last week, to approve the redevelopment of 1307 N. Rolfe Street. The project calls for the construction of two new residential buildings, a new public park and a new county transitional living facility. It is using the Fort Myer North Heights area plan as a guide.

On December 17, the developer announced it completed the acquisition of a 32-acre parcel of land just across the street from the entrance to the J.W.
