The deal also included two Hilton properties in Atlanta, GA and another Marriott in Charlotte, NC, bringing the total number of rooms involved in the transaction to 758. The buyer’s current holdings exceed 4.2 million square feet, which includes six hotels totaling 1,000 rooms in the Marriott and Hilton franchises.
