The natural foods and organic grocer will open a new location at the Towson Row mixed-use development to be built at the southern gateway to downtown Towson. Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz, Whole Foods Market and Caves Valley Partners made the announcement on Wednesday, November 5.
