  • Kendal Group Wins Key Approval For $19.5M M-F Project in Beerline District

    Waukesha-based Kendal Group Ltd. is planning the construction of two apartment buildings totaling 113 units in the city’s Beerline neighborhood north of downtown. According to JSOnline, the Milwaukee Redevelopment Authority has approved the project, which exceeds the area’s density standard of up to 40 housing units per acre.
